About Yoga for You:

Yoga for You has been offering group yoga classes at Quittie Glen since 2013.  It is a perfect pairing of resources as Quittie Glen is close to major roadways yet feels like a retreat far away from everyday life.  Wildlife is often seen in the woods or streams including herons, geese, deer, and owls.

 

 

The pavilion is an open and inviting space large enough for classes to be held in a circular format rather than in rows.  Classes are set in 8-10 week sessions that begin in January, March and September. Classes are typically held on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 10-11:15 am and Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30-7:45 pm.  See link on the right for current session information and registration.
